Food items are not returnable

For food-safety reasons, items cannot be returned or exchanged once sold. Please check the product, size and quantity before ordering.

Damage in transit

If an item arrives damaged or short, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a photograph of the damaged item, and a photograph of the outer packaging. Once verified we will arrange a replacement or a refund. We may be unable to process damage claims raised after 48 hours.

Wrong item received

If what arrived does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours. We cover return shipping and send the correct item.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Orders are currently confirmed for payment by phone, and the refund method will be confirmed with you at the time.
