Scope

By placing an order or sending an enquiry on this site you accept these terms. The operator is Asian Street Gourmet Inc., 84 Avenue O, Brooklyn, NY 11204.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. Delivery orders are priced by the case; store pickup is priced per item. We may cancel an order and refund it in full in the case of an obvious pricing error or if stock is unavailable.

Payment

Online payment is being activated. At present, after you submit an order we contact you by phone to confirm the payment method, and prepare the order once that is settled.

Sales tax

Any applicable sales tax is confirmed with you when we confirm your order.

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. As natural agricultural products, colour, size and form vary. Mooncake images show gift box packaging; the actual flavour is as indicated on the product label.

Food and health claims

Items are sold as food and no medical, health or therapeutic claims are made. If you have allergies, take medication, or have any health concern, consult a qualified professional before consuming, and read the allergen information on the product page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
