Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR) or outside the United States. Customers in those areas are welcome to use store pickup or to call us.

Case quantities

Delivery orders are by the full case only and cases are never split. A case holds one product; mixed cases are not available. Mooncakes are 12 boxes per case and canned dried goods are 15 jars per case. This applies during Mid-Autumn as well — single boxes are not shipped, and single-box orders should use store pickup.

Shipping cost

Free shipping throughout the 48 contiguous states. There is no minimum order value; every case order ships free.

Packaging

Mooncakes and dried goods are sealed for ambient shipping. No cold chain is used. Store in a cool, dry place on arrival.

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. Ground delivery within the contiguous US typically takes 3–5 business days. For delivery before Mid-Autumn, please note the final order date announced on this site and confirmed by our team.

Damage in transit

If an item arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
