Shipping Information

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR) or outside the United States. Customers in those areas are welcome to use store pickup or to call us.

Case quantities

Every product is sold by the full case and cases are never split. A case holds one product; mixed cases are not available. The case size of each product (for example 270g × 12) is shown on its card and detail page.

Shipping cost

Freight on delivery orders is paid by the buyer. The total at checkout does not include shipping. Once we receive your order we work out the freight from the delivery address, number of cases and weight, and quote it when we call to confirm the order — nothing ships until you agree. Store pickup has no freight charge.

Packaging

All products are shelf-stable and ship at ambient temperature. No cold chain is used. Store in a cool, dry place on arrival and follow the pack instructions once opened.

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched once payment and freight are confirmed. Ground delivery within the contiguous US typically takes 3–5 business days; remote areas may take longer.

Damage in transit

If an item arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
